Sometimes we may be living so much in our head and in the past, that letting go is necessary in order to move on with our lives.
To let go, it means to give up the attachment we have to certain emotions and situations, whether that be physical possession, materialistic things or even feelings like anger and resentment.
It's about learning how to release these attachments - in order for us to make room for new opportunities and experiences, and eventually to move on.
The act of letting go isn’t easy, as it requires us to let go of our comfort zone, beliefs and habits, that can sometimes cause us more harm than good if we don’t learn how to let them go.
It could mean letting go of an old relationship, job or even lifestyle that is no longer serving you in a positive way.

By allowing ourselves to free ourselves from pre-existing emotional ties which don’t serve us anymore (e.g relationships) we can manifest much more effectively as our energy will no longer be blocked by fear and worry. Instead, our energy can be focused on creating positive change within ourselves and reaching our goals faster than ever before!
Letting go of your ego means loosening the grip your ego has over your life by understanding that there is more than just ‘you’ out there – although ego-driven behaviour can often feel protective at times it keeps us stuck within our limited perspectives, instead of allowing us to grow beyond these boundaries through connecting with others on a deeper level .
By releasing this form of self-obsession we become liberated from our smallness and begin opening ourselves up to greater opportunities for personal growth.
